This year's theme is "The Magic of the Mind: Unleashing Potential in Long-Term Care." Please plan to incorporate this theme with your booth. There will be prizes for the best booth decorations voted by the Board of Directors!

Platinum Members: Two 10x10 booths are included in the membership. 

Gold Members: One 10x10 booth is included in the membership. 

Silver Members: One 10x10 booth is included in the membership. 

Bronze Members: One 10x10 booth is included in the membership.

• Cancellation of Registration 90 days prior to the event is entitled to a full refund, one month prior is half refund, and anything 30 days or less will be NO refund.
